At The London Independent Hospital, we offer private endoscopy services to patients based in Highgate and Bromley.
The Private Endoscopy Unit - known as The Heather Suite – at The London Independent Hospital, is home to specialised facilities that include a procedures room, a 9 bay recovery area, decontamination facilities, a consulting room and a dedicated patient reception and waiting area.
The endoscopy suite is a flagship and includes significant investment in new endoscopy and decontamination equipment.
The design and layout of the unit has been reviewed and approved by the industry standard Joint Advisory Group (JAG) as compliant with all current recommendations for endoscopy units, which will allow the Endoscopy team to commence the process of gaining JAG accreditation.
The unit is available for self-pay and private patients, as well as NHS London Diagnostic and Choose & Book patients.
