At Circle Reading Hospital, we know how tricky it can be to get a GP appointment that suits you and your schedule. We offer private GP appointments from £125.

For an appointment within 24hrs, please call our Circle Health Group National Enquiry Centre on 08000 962694, giving the name of the private GP you would like to be seen by.

Whether you live in Reading, Wokingham, or Newbury, our private GP service offers rapid access to both male and female GPs without the hassle of long waits and inconvenient appointment times.

Through our private GP appointments, you can be assured that your private GP will take the time to get to know you and your needs.

Our private GP service is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8.30am to 3.00pm, with appointments lasting 30 minutes, giving you control of your time with the GP.

The service is offered within our fully equipped hospital meaning that there is on-site access to further diagnostics such as blood tests and scans should you require them.

Plus, should you need an immediate referral to a specialist consultant, we can arrange this too.

You can pay for yourself, or some health insurance policies may cover private GP appointments and investigations (please check with your insurer first).

Please note: private GP services should not be used in place of Emergency Services. In the event of an emergency in the UK, please call 111 or 999.

Severe or sudden breathing difficulties
Chest pain or symptoms of a 'heart attack'
Symptoms of stroke
Heavy bleeding

Charges for your Private GP appointment will be payable at the time of the appointment by debit, credit card or health insurance. If your GP recommends that you have additional tests or investigations, please note these will be charged in addition to the fees above.
