Mr Yousuf Saleem is a Consultant Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon at St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals.

He completed his higher surgical training in ENT in Manchester. He had sub-specialty training in United States of America in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Paediatric ENT at The University of Pennsylvania and University of Tennessee, respectively.

Mr Saleem has obtained all his surgical qualifications and has been awarded a Certificate of Completion of Training in ENT in the United Kingdom. He is a fully registered practitioner with specialist registration in ENT with the General Medical Council, UK.

His clinical interests and expertise include investigations and treatment for Snoring and Sleep Apnea.   

Mr Saleem is the Lead for Rhinology, Snoring and Sleep Apnoea at the NHS Hospital.

Paediatric services are not available at Fairfield Independent Hospital, and Mr Saleem currently provides out patient services only at this location.
