Mr Yadava Jeve is a fertility consultant at The Priory Hospital in Birmingham and the Birmingham Women’s Hospital. He is an accredited subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery. He is a specialist who treats various fertility conditions. He is an expert in managing IVF, ICSI, egg freezing, poor ovarian response, recurrent implantation failure, premature ovarian insufficiency, donor egg treatment, surrogacy, and reproductive endocrinology. He is a competent laparoscopic and hysteroscopy surgeon with a special interest in managing conditions affecting fertility. He helped many couples to achieve their dream of having a family. 

Mr Jeve is a champion for treating fertility patients with p4 medicine principles. He believes in providing predictive, participatory, preventive, and personalised care for his patients. His predictive models combine clinical conditions and tests results to develop personalised prediction. The preventive approach reduces risks and complications. He trusts in individualising the treatment strategy in IVF and moving away from a building-block approach practised in traditional medicine. Participatory care is where patients are in the driving seat of a treatment journey. With this idea, he started an innovative p4fertility personalised treatment concept for all fertility patients. This approach is highly successful as fertility treatment is an art as well as a science. His personalised care along with reassurance on every step of the fertility journey is well-liked by his patients. It is evident in his five-star patient feedbacks and reviews.

Mr Jeve completed his post-graduation with a gold medal from the University of Mumbai, India in 2006. He joined the renowned research team at the University of Glasgow in 2007. His research was focused on serum AMH and poor ovarian response in IVF. He completed his training in the East Midlands. He has completed his subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine at Oxford and Leicester. He has worked in various well-renowned fertility units including top-end research units. He brings the depth of experience to treat fertility patients.  His PhD analyses how the quality and quantity of the eggs in the ovaries impact IVF success. The University of Warwick awarded him a PhD. His speciality is to work on egg and sperm quality with quantity to achieve the pregnancy.

Mr Jeve has presented his research work at numerous international and national meetings. He has authored several publications, book chapters, and national guidelines. His research contributed to the change in clinical practice of diagnosis of miscarriage. He is committed to education and training serving as Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Birmingham. He serves as the lead for corporate governance for the British Fertility Society and a trustee for SEED (Sperm, Egg and Embryo Donation) Trust.

Mr Jeve has an MBA degree from the University of Leicester. His dissertation was on improving the quality of healthcare whilst reducing the cost. He has shown great leadership and management skills. He is deputy clinical director of Gynaecology at Birmingham Women’s Hospital.

When not busy at work, Mr Jeve is kept fully occupied by his two children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing cricket.
