Personal Profile

After graduation in 1997 and post graduation in Ear Nose and throat, I continued my training in South Wales. I completed my surgical training in the Gwent Health Care NHS Trust in 2006. After gaining Diplomate (DOHNS) and Masters degree (MRCS), I continued my higher surgical training in South Wales, rotating through hospitals in South and North Wales.

I obtained my FRCS(ORL-HNS) on completion of my training in 2013. I developed special interest in head and neck pathology both benign and malignant conditions. I continued my interest in research and have published just over 20 articles in peer reviewed journals.

Clinical Interests

  • Apart from routine Ear Nose and Throat disorders, my special interest is Head and Neck lumps. My experience includes dealing with throat disorders like tonsils and adenoids, Sleep related breathing problems and snoring.
  • I have experience in managing hearing loss in children and adults including myringoplasty and mastoid operation. I perform nasal septal surgery and endoscopic sinus surgery for nasal obstruction and sinus infections.
