Miss Vigdis Thorisdottir is a Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon based at the West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds.She qualified from the University of Iceland before moving to the UK to pursue a surgical career. Miss Thorisdottir did her basic surgical training in London before becoming a Specialist Registrar on the Cambridge rotation.

On completion of her Trauma and Orthopaedic training, Miss Thorisdottir did further subspecialty training in Foot and Ankle surgery at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford. Miss Thorisdottir specialises in:
