Patient Testimonials

"I have had two full knee replacements and wish I had gone ahead years ago.  There is no doubt that this is a painful operation but in both knees the pain following the op was nothing compared to the pain I had suffered from previously.
I am a larger lady with a genetic condition and my experience of the medical profession has unfortunately been littered with people showing no understanding of my rare condition and a total lack of empathy and respect.  Mr Satish could not have been further from this.  From the very beginning, he took the time to look into my condition, in every step of the process he treated me with dignity and empathy. Prior to my operations my mobility was severely compromised, and my knees were even collapsing underneath me.  I struggled walking my dog, stairs had become impossibly difficult, and my life had been put on hold.  I am now at a year after my last operation, I am walking the dog, swimming constantly, booking trips away again and fully embracing life.I do not feel that it is any exaggeration to say that Mr Satish has given me my life back, I can never thank him enough." - Patient at the Ridgeway Hospital

"In August 2021, I was researching surgeons to replace my hip joint. I am not an easy patient as I had had a total ankle replacement on the same leg six months before and my blood pressure does not take kindly to anaesthetics. Nevertheless, the operation was a huge success and Mr Satish took great trouble to ensure that it was. He was entirely professional and thorough beforehand as well as being kind and considerate. I therefore approached the operating theatre with confidence and tolerable blood pressure; the resulting revamped hip is totally painless and completely viable, for which I am profoundly grateful."- Patient at the Ridgeway Hospital
