About Mr Vamsidhar Vallamkondu

Personal Profile

Mr Vamsidhar Vallamkondu has over 18 years of experience in ENT. He has completed his post graduate training in ENT in India for which he was awarded MS in Otolaryngology and then moved to UK for higher surgical training. He has been awarded the Gold Medal for the best performance in the European Board Examination Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (EBEORL-HNS). 

He has been on the GMC Specialist Register in Otolaryngology since January 2020 and practicing as Consultant in ENT at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary since then. 

Mr Vallamkondu has extensive training and experience in advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, and anterior skull base surgery. His practice involves general ENT, with sub specialist interests in rhinology, facial plastics and head & neck surgery and paediatrics ENT. 

He has over 20 publications and numerous international and national presentations under his name. He has written and co-authored a few book chapters in ENT. He is actively involved in teaching and training. 

He is a GMC recognised trainer.
