Personal Profile

Dr Chakka has completed medical school in 1997 and achieved a Masters in Anaesthesia (India). Having relocated to the UK, he has completed speciality training in Anaesthesia at various hospitals in the North East of England.

Dr Chakka has subsequently specialised in Chronic Pain medicine through Advanced Pain Training and successfully accomplished Neuromodulation fellowship from Leeds Teaching Hospitals. He is also trained in cancer pain management.

He works as a Chronic Pain Consultant at UHCW and is the clinical lead for chronic pain services at UHCW.
