Personal Profile

Mr Thomas Jacques is a Consultant ENT Surgeon, with specialist interests in rhinology (nasal and sinus surgery) and facial plastic surgery.  He is appointed in the NHS at St. George’s University Hospital and Croydon University Hospital.

Mr Jacques completed his primary medical training at the University of Cambridge and University College London, graduating with Distinction in Clinical Practice.  His specialist training in ENT surgery was undertaken at internationally-renowned central London teaching hospitals, including St. Mary’s Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, and two years at the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital.  After the completion of his training, he undertook a prestigious year-long Fellowship in Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery at St. George’s University Hospital.

Mr Jacques is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and a member of multiple national and international academic societies.  He has published scientific articles in leading medical journals, contributed to specialist textbooks, and contributed to major research projects in rhinology.

He has a strong interest in medical education and is dedicated to teaching the next generation of ENT surgeons.  He is a Senior Editor of entsho.com, one of the most popular ENT educational websites in the UK.
