Dr Teresa Strefford is an experienced GP with over 25 years of NHS practice.

She completed her medical training at University of Leeds and GP training in Harrogate before becoming a GP partner in 2001.

Since 2004 she has been a partner in Cheshire, providing comprehensive care across all areas of General Practice. She has also held senior leadership roles supporting service development and clinical quality.

Dr Strefford has a compassionate, patient-centred approach and is committed to delivering safe, high-quality care.

Dr Strefford has a special interest in women’s health, including all aspects of primary care management of gynaecological conditions, menopause care, and contraception.

She is trained and accredited in the fitting and removal of intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUDs / IUSs).

She combines her generalist expertise with her special interests to support patients throughout all stages of life.
