Professional Profile

Having qualified as a doctor (MD) in 2003 (UMF Iuliu Hatieganu Cluj-Napoca, Romania), she has since passed the membership exams of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (MRCEM 2015), Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), and successfully advanced her training in women’s health by passing the examination for the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (DRCOG). She currently works as a GP Partner in a large practice spanning 20,000 patients and she is a GP Trainer working with the new generation of GPs.

Dr Teo is a qualified GP and an Advanced Menopause Specialist registered with the British Menopause Society (BMS) providing care to all women experiencing menopause difficulties. She has recently undertaken extended training in an Advanced Menopause Specialism at the prestigious Menopause Clinic at the University College London Hospital, showing her impressive organisational and time management capabilities. This has proven to be an extremely fulfilling motivation, which has pushed her to extend her flexibility of thought as to a breadth of patient needs, as well as shown her the standard of care that must be continuously worked towards in the medical profession’s understanding of Menopause Care.
