About Mr Stephen Brooks
Mr Stephen Brooks is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon based at The Duchy Hospital in Harrogate, specialising in the treatment of vascular conditions, with a particular interest in minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins.
Originally from a Yorkshire family, Mr Brooks attended school in Buckinghamshire before studying Medicine at the University of Oxford. He subsequently completed his surgical training in Yorkshire and went on to build more than 20 years of experience as a Consultant Vascular Surgeon.
His NHS practice was previously based in York. Having retired from NHS practice, Mr Brooks continues to provide private vascular care across four hospitals in the region, offering patients access to his extensive experience in vascular surgery.
Outside of medicine, Mr Brooks has a variety of personal interests, including garden landscaping, house restoration, Shakespeare and motorcycle restoration.
