About Sophie Crocker

Personal Profile

Sophie is a Paediatric Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Brighton in 2020 with a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she completed an Undergraduate Degree in Exercise and Health Science.

Sophie has completed all core rotations in an NHS trust covering Neurology, Intensive Care and Orthopaedics. She now specialises in Paediatrics and is passionate about helping children reach their motor milestones and develop the movement skills they need to play, explore and grow with confidence.

Sophie works with babies, children, and young people up to 18 years old, supporting them with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and injury rehabilitation. She also sees respiratory outpatients including children who have ongoing issues such as a chronic cough.

Her approach is always child-centred and family-focused — she aims to make physiotherapy fun, engaging, and tailored to each child’s individual needs, helping them achieve their best possible outcomes in a supportive and encouraging environment.
