Mr Roche is an experienced Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon who has a consultant practice at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Trust.

He specialises in all areas of hand and wrist surgery, including carpal tunnel decompression, Dupuytren's contracture, trigger finger, ganglions, wrist and small joint arthritis, small joint replacement and fracture treatment of the hand, wrist and elbow.

Mr Roche has dedicated his orthopaedic career to hand and wrist surgery. He has successfully obtained the European Diploma in Hand Surgery, demonstrating his advanced qualifications in this specialist field.

He gained an honours medical degree and has a MD in Cartilage Repair, using gene enhanced tissue engineering. He completed world-renowned fellowships in Hand and Wrist Surgery at Wrightington Hospital and the Pulvertaft Hand Centre in Derby.
