To help us provide the highest standard of care and keep appointments running on time, each consultation is limited to one medical problem per appointment. If you have more than one concern, you may be advised to book an additional appointment.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for registration and observations. Patients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened or, if there is insufficient time to complete the consultation safely, the appointment may be recorded as "Did Not Attend (DNA)" and may need to be rebooked.
