Mr Sherif Isaac is a highly skilled UK-trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in lower limb arthroplasty, including hip and knee replacement surgery, as well as trauma surgery. His main clinical practice is based at Droitwich Spa Hospital, where he provides expert assessment and surgical management for patients with hip and knee conditions, alongside his NHS practice.
He completed his basic surgical training in Oxford before progressing to higher surgical training in the East Midlands, where he achieved a consistently high level of clinical and surgical competence across all aspects of trauma and orthopaedics.
To further develop his subspecialist expertise, Mr Isaac undertook two additional years of advanced training at leading orthopaedic centres. These included Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge and University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, where he gained extensive experience in complex joint reconstruction and trauma surgery.
He has a strong academic and research background, regularly presenting his work at national and international conferences. His research has been published in peer-reviewed orthopaedic journals, reflecting his commitment to advancing clinical practice and improving patient outcomes.
In recognition of his expertise, Mr Isaac was awarded the prestigious European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (EFORT) fellowship. This enabled him to visit Geneva University Hospital, where he further refined his skills in advanced hip and knee surgical techniques.
Through his combined clinical practice at Droitwich Spa Hospital and his NHS roles, Mr Isaac delivers high-quality, patient-centred orthopaedic care, with a strong focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving long-term joint function through modern surgical techniques.
