Personal Profile

Sarah graduated from the Queen Elizabeth School of Physiotherapy, Birmingham in 1995 with a BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy. She has worked in a wide variety of clinical areas including the NHS, private practice, GP surgeries and private hospitals, specialising in musculoskeletal work.

Sarah was introduced to the APPI method of Pilates in 2012 and subsequently completed her Pilates training with a certification exam to become a fully qualified Pilates Instructor. Sarah continues to work as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, but now also specialises in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and is a member of the Circle special interest group, working with clinicians across the country to ensure the best provision of care for this group of patients.

Sarah is a Clinical Specialist in Pelvic Health, offering assessment and treatment for a range of conditions affecting both men and women. She is experienced in managing bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction and pelvic organ prolapse, as well as providing rehabilitation following pelvic surgery. Sarah also offers guidance in the management of menopause related symptoms, ensuring care is personalised, holistic and aligned with each individual’s goals.
