He is passionate about non-surgical management in musculoskeletal medicine and believes that focusing on a clear diagnosis and management plan allows for the best chance of patients returning to all the activities and sports they love. He has had his fair share of injuries, so understands how frustrating they can be.
He works as a Civilian SEM Consultants in a Ministry of Defence post at the Aldershot Regional Rehabilitation Unit and within the NHS Frimley ICB Advanced Musculoskeletal and Diagnostics Service.
He works at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and is an NFL Teams doctor for the London Games. He works with the England Football Teams development squads and within the senior teams on Match Days as part of the Wembley Stadium Pitch Side Team. His previous elite sport experience includes roles at Premiership Rugby, Chelsea Football Club, Arsenal Football Club, London Irish Rugby Football Club, Saracens Rugby Football Club, Southampton Football Club, Oxford University Rugby Club, and a variety of sports at the UK Sports Institute (formally English Institute of Sport).
He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Sport & Exercise Medicine having completed Higher Speciality training in the prestigious Oxford Deanery at the world-renowned Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, following Emergency Medicine training at the London Trauma Centre in St Mary's Paddington. He has a Masters degree in Sport, Medicine Exercise and Health from the University College London.
He has a special interest in musculoskeletal ultrasound both as a diagnostic and interventional tool, and received a Distinction in a Post Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from the University of East London.
