Dr Richard O'Flynn

Consultant Psychiatrist at the West Suffolk Hospital since 1989 & currently lead the Home Treatment Team, providing intensive psychiatric care to people in their homes and the Liaison Service to WSH, the management of inpatients with psychological problems.

For over 20 years, Dr O'Flynn has prepared medical legal records for Civil Courts.
