About Mr Richard Forbes

Personal Profile

Richard Forbes graduated from Coventry University in 2003 and went on to spend 12 years at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, completing various rotations before specialising in Hand Therapy in 2008. During this time, he worked closely with consultants in orthopaedic clinics and qualified as an injection practitioner.

In 2014, Richard joined Circle Reading Hospital, where he further expanded his expertise into upper limb conditions. He now works alongside Mr Harry Brownlow as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner (APP) in his shoulder clinics. In addition to his APP role, Richard continues to provide outpatient and post-operative rehabilitation within the physiotherapy department, and offers specialist Hand Therapy (BAHT Level 2).
