As a Consultant Geriatrician, Dr Jha assesses memory problems alongside physical health, medications, mobility, mood, frailty, Parkinsonism, stroke risk and the ability to manage everyday activities. This physician-led approach is particularly valuable when several medical conditions may be contributing to cognitive or functional decline.
He also has 20+ years of experience in managing Parkinson’s disease, TIA & Stroke, dizziness, falls, frailty and complex medical conditions affecting older people. He holds NHS consultant posts at Rotherham General Hospital and the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and sees private patients at Thornbury Hospital in Sheffield.
