About Mr Prabhakar Rao

Personal Profile

Mr Rao qualified from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India in 1998 and completed his orthopaedic higher surgical training in Wales. An accredited spinal fellowship at University Hospital Wales then followed.

In addition to his clinical practice, Mr Rao has published many research papers and presented his work at numerous national and international conferences. To further his knowledge on spinal conditions, he is currently finishing his European Spine Diploma course.

He is responsible for teaching higher surgical trainees for trauma and spinal disorders and is a faculty member, lecturer on courses held to teach advanced spinal surgical techniques.
