He completed an Advanced Knee Arthroplasty and Soft Tissue Sports Knee fellowship at Queens Medical Centre & Derbyshire Royal Infirmary and also completed an Advanced AO Trauma Fellowship in Alabama, Birmingham, USA.

Mr Badhe undertook his Specialist Registrar Training in the Mid Trent Region in the UK. Lecturer in Orthopaedics & Specialist Registrar Training: King Edward Memorial Hospital Bombay, India and attending GS Medical College & Kind Edward Memorial Hospital, Bombay, India.
