About Dr Nina Wilson

Dr Personal Profile

Dr Nina Wilson is a BMS Menopause Specialist and an experienced GP. She can see patients at Goring Hall for comprehensive menopause consultations, general medical conditions, and health assessments. She sees patients from Worthing, Pulborough, Horsham, West Sussex and further afield.

Nina qualified as a doctor from Cambridge University in 2008 and has a prior degree in Physiology and Pharmacology from Oxford University. She completed clinical training in the Cambridge area before moving back to Sussex to take up a professional role as a GP. She has always been committed to equality for women in medicine and pursued this professionally through becoming an advanced specialist with the British Menopause Society.

She set up One Women Health [onewomanhealth.com] to devote her clinical career to addressing the gaps in women's health and, in particular, to provide expert menopause care to women at an important, busy and productive time of life.

She specialises in all aspects of menopause management, particularly hormone replacement therapy (HRT), non-hormonal treatments. New patient appointments are up to 45 minutes giving ample time for full exploration of symptoms and treatment options. She also offers full health reviews for women looking to optimise their health more broadly. She has previously held national medical leadership roles as an advisor to the CEO of the NHS, as a healthcare Commissioner for Sussex and as Medical Director of the company LIVI, Europe's largest online healthcare provider. She continues to consult for companies on the design and delivery of services.

She believes there is a huge opportunity to optimise women’s health and wellbeing around mid-life and that this is an area that has been neglected for too long. Not only is this the right thing to do at an individual level, it is also essential for an equal society.
