Nina began her career completing rotations within the NHS at Sussex Community Hospitals, where she developed a strong foundation in physiotherapy across a variety of specialties. She then transitioned into sports physiotherapy, gaining two years of invaluable experience working with athletes in cricket, rugby, and athletics, while also collaborating with sports doctors and medical teams. This hands-on experience allowed her to refine her expertise in treating sports-related injuries, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.

Whether a patient’s goal is to enjoy a leisurely walk in the park, complete a parkrun, return to the gym, or get back to competitive sports, she is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that help them reach their full potential.

Her patient-focused approach ensures that every individual receives tailored care, whether they are recovering from surgery, dealing with an MSK condition, or looking to prevent future injuries.
