Personal Profile

Ms Natasha Curtiss is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a special interest in urogynaecology. She has been a consultant at Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother (QEQM) Hospital in Margate since 2019.

Ms Curtiss graduated from the University of Cambridge and University College London, before completing her specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology across London and Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Through her training and clinical practice, she has developed wide experience in women’s health, with particular expertise in pelvic floor problems, including prolapse, bladder symptoms and urinary incontinence.

Ms Curtiss is passionate about providing compassionate, clear and personalised care. She takes time to listen to her patients’ concerns and works with them to create treatment plans that best suit their needs and lifestyle. She understands that bladder and pelvic floor conditions can be sensitive and distressing, and she strives to ensure women feel comfortable, supported and fully informed throughout their care.

She is also actively involved in research, with her work on bladder health and prolapse surgery recognised internationally through award winning presentations and publications.

Alongside her clinical work, Ms Curtiss plays an important role in medical education as a Foundation Programme Director and teacher. She supports and trains medical students from Kent and Medway Medical School (KMMS) and King’s College London, helping to educate the next generation of doctors.

Ms Curtiss offers private consultations at Chaucer Hospital for women seeking specialist advice and treatment for bladder pain, urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
