About Dr Muhammad Khalid

Personal Profile

Dr Khalid underwent Cardiology training at Royal Infirmary, Glasgow and Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne. 

He is a Senior Consultant with extensive training and experience in all aspects of clinical cardiology, with vast experience in teaching medical students and junior doctors.

He received dual GMC accreditation in General Medicine and Cardiology and has been a Consultant Cardiologist since 1994, initially in Saudi Arabia for 7 years and then at NHS hospitals since 2001.

Dr Khalid was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of London, and is a national and international MRCP (UK) PACES examiner.
