Mr. Mano Sira is Consultant Oculoplastic and Ophthalmic Surgeon at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS. With over 20 years’ experience in ophthalmology, he is an expert in aesthetic plastic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelid, brow and mid-face.
