About Mrs Lauren Okeife

Personal Profile

Lauren graduated from the University of Coventry with 1st class honours degree in Physiotherapy in June 2023. She started working at the Meriden in July 2023. Lauren has a keen interest in treating both orthopaedic patients and general musculoskeletal conditions. She enjoys helping patients with lower limb injuries especially ACL’s and knee replacements. Lauren has just completed a master’s module course at the University of Teesside to administer steroid injections.

Lauren also has a previous degree Sports therapy degree which she completed in 2017 from the University of Hertfordshire she then worked for rugby teams before deciding to make the swap to physiotherapy in 2020. This previous experience means Lauren has a passion for treating people with Sporting injuries and enjoys helping them return to their hobbies and sports.
