Mr Konstantinos Charitopoulos

Mr Charitopoulos has been a Consultant Urological Surgeon at West Middlesex University Hospital since 2010. He has developed the stone services locally and he is leading a successful endourology service with close ties to the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

Currently, he is working at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust where he carries procedures both at West Middlesex University Hospital and at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Mr Charitopoulos is highly thought of in the field of Endourology and Stone Management. He is also trained to carry out all general urology procedures and has a special interest in Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms and Benign Hyperplasia of the Prostate. He has introduced the UroLift procedure as well as offering Green Laser Evaporation. Both procedures aim to offer a minimal invasive approach in the treatment of prostate problems to patients that lead to their return to normal lives as soon as possible. He is also Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer of the Imperial College School of Medicine.
