After completing his specialist orthopaedic training in Delhi (DNB Orthopaedics, 2005), Mr. Ramesh pursued further Trauma and Orthopaedic training in the UK. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow) in 2018 and undertook two leading post CCT fellowship training programmes:

Alongside his clinical work, Mr. Ramesh is deeply involved in teaching and mentorship. He regularly trains junior doctors and trainee orthopaedic surgeons preparing for specialist exams and is an accredited Clinical and Educational Supervisor from Edgehill University. He also teaches on the national Advanced trauma life support courses (ATLS) as an instructor.
Mr. Ramesh is active in research and clinical innovation, with several peer review publications and national and international presentations to his name. He has taken part in NHS clinical trials during training and fellowships.
