Personal Profile

Dr Ayazi completed his post-graduate training in Anaesthetics at Imperial college London and University College London Hospital (UCLH).

He completed his training in pain management at University College London Hospital (UCLH), National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (London) and Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore).

He worked as a consultant in pain management at Chase Farm Hospital, Barnet Hospital and Edgeware Hospital (Royal Free London) untill 2022. Dr Ayazi was a clinical lead for the department of pain management at Chase Farm Hospital from 2012-2015. He was actively involved in teaching students and junior colleagues. He retired from NHS in 2022. Dr Ayazi has continued to consult patients privately. He is expert in treating patients with a wide range of chronic pains conditions. 

Dr Ayazi believes in holistic management of the chronic painful conditions through multidisciplinary approach of closely collaborating with physiotherapists and psychologists in line with patient’s need.
Dr Ayazi has over 20 years expertise of performing wide range of procedures of pain management.

He is proficient in performing:
