Katy has been qualified over 17 years and has worked in a variety of NHS and private settings in Leeds, London, Malawi, and now in Poole.

Katy works with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions , treating sports professionals and individuals who enjoy keeping active for leisure.Katy specialises in providing rehabilitation, manual therapy and shockwave therapy.

Her MSK specialist area is Lower Limb biomechanics, addressing strength and conditioning of the lower limbs.

Katy enjoys being in the outdoors & particularly spends as much time as possible doing fun things that the coastal options that Dorset offers - paddleboarding , wild swimming, cycling and walking - helping to keep body and mind healthy!

Knowing how important these activities are in my life helps her to emphathise and work alongside patients who have physical goals they hope to return to, following their injuries/surgeries.
