Over the span of Katherine’s medical career, she has published extensively in medical journals and books and presented at conferences in the UK and abroad. She has also appeared in the media including the BBC, radio and other social media channels talking on a wide range of subjects including obesity and appetite, diabetes and current affairs within the NHS.
