About Mr Mohan Pillai

Personal Profile

Mr Pillai is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS TRUST. He is the cancer lead responsible for implementing NICE guidelines.

He was instrumental in developing the Laparoscopic (key hole) and Robotic service in urology at ELHT, and has received awards from the British Endourology Society, Scottish Urological Society and was a Star Award Winner at ELHT. 

Mr Pillai is an Associate Surgical Adviser for the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman and is also involved in teaching and training junior doctors
