Personal Profile

Kaab Malik is a UK-registered Physiotherapist (HCPC) with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Government College University, Faisalabad. Since qualifying, Kaab has built a diverse portfolio of experience across MSK, cardiorespiratory, neurological, and pediatric physiotherapy through roles in both hospital and private settings in Pakistan and the UK.

In addition to working at the Chiltern Hospital, Kaab works as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) in Barnet, where he leads on assessment, diagnosis, and the development of evidence-based treatment plans for a variety of MSK and complex conditions. Prior to this, he has worked as a Virtual MSK Physiotherapist with BUPA and in community MSK roles in Derby and Watford, developing strong clinical reasoning and communication skills essential for both in-person and remote care.

With a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Kaab has experience managing patients post-orthopedic and neuro surgeries, as well as sports injuries, chronic pain, and complex neurological conditions. His approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, with additional skills in manual therapy, kinesio-taping, electrotherapy, and post-operative rehabilitation.

Kaab is passionate about empowering patients to take control of their recovery, focusing on functional outcomes and long-term wellbeing. He is also actively involved in continuous professional development, having completed CPD in rheumatology, persistent pain, and cauda equina syndrome, alongside training in healthcare management and project leadership.

Outside the clinic, Kaab enjoys exploring new cultures, personal development, and keeping up with advancements in digital health and development.
