Personal Profile

Dr Juliet Williams pursued a degree in music at Oxford University before beginning her medical career. Graduating with distinction from Guy's, King's, and St Thomas' School of Medicine, she went on to specialise in Dermatology training at King's College Hospital. Dr Williams has served at various institutions including Frimley Park Hospital, St. George's Hospital, and Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust where she was Clinical Lead for Paediatric Dermatology and Biologics.  


Whilst working at Epsom Hospital she was departmental Lead for Research and Audit and was a Principal Investigator for a number of clinical trials including BADBIR and SAFA (Spironolactone for Adult Female Acne).


Her NHS practice is now based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital where she is Clinical Lead for the Adult Dermatology service and also works with the Paediatric Dermatology and Allergy team.  She is a member of the skin cancer multi-disciplinary team.

 

In her practice, Dr. Williams treats a range of dermatological conditions in children and adults, including inflammatory conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis as well as skin lesions; both mole checks and skin cancer.  She has regular minor skin surgery lists.

 

Dr. Williams is a member of prestigious medical organisations, including the Royal College of Physicians, British Association of Dermatologists, British Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Dermatology, British Society for Medical Dermatology, and Royal Society of Medicine.
