About Miss Jess Colley

Personal Profile

Jess is a dedicated Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Worcester in 2021. Since qualifying, she has gained valuable clinical experience working within the NHS from 2021 to 2024, completing a range of rotations across different physiotherapy specialties.

These rotations provided Jess with broad experience in assessing and treating patients with a variety of physical conditions, helping her develop strong clinical skills and a well-rounded understanding of rehabilitation across different care settings.

Jess specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a focus on helping patients recover from injuries affecting the muscles, joints, ligaments, and soft tissues. She is passionate about supporting people through every stage of their recovery, from initial assessment through to full rehabilitation.

Her clinical focus includes helping patients regain:

  • Movement and flexibility
  • Strength and physical function
  • Confidence in daily activities
  • Long-term injury prevention strategies

Jess finds particular fulfilment in guiding patients through rehabilitation programmes that are tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Jess is known for her positive, friendly, and encouraging approach to physiotherapy care. She believes that successful rehabilitation is built on trust, communication, and patient understanding.

She takes time to explain conditions clearly, answer questions, and ensure patients feel fully informed about their recovery plan. This helps patients feel more confident and engaged in their treatment.

Jess also places strong emphasis on guided exercise therapy. She supports patients through their rehabilitation exercises step by step, ensuring they feel comfortable with their programme and understand how each exercise contributes to their recovery.

Her goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where patients feel empowered rather than overwhelmed.

Jess is passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy, whether that is work, sport, or everyday movement. She understands that recovery is not only about physical healing, but also about rebuilding confidence and independence.

By combining evidence-based physiotherapy techniques with a compassionate and patient-focused approach, Jess aims to deliver high-quality care that supports both short-term recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Through her clinical experience, enthusiasm for MSK physiotherapy, and commitment to patient care, Jess continues to help individuals improve their movement, reduce pain, and regain quality of life.
