Jess graduated from The University of Worcester in 2021 and gained valuable experience working in the NHS from 2021 to 2024, completing rotations across various areas of physiotherapy.

Specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, Jess is passionate about helping patients recover from joint, muscle, and ligament injuries. With a strong focus on rehabilitation, she finds great fulfillment in guiding individuals through their recovery journey and helping them regain movement, strength, and confidence.

Known for a positive and encouraging approach, Jess is dedicated to creating a supportive rehab environment where patients feel motivated and empowered. By fostering open communication, answering questions, and taking the time to guide patients through exercises, she ensures each individual receives the care and attention they need to return to doing what they love.
