Jennifer Coombes Personal Profile

Jennifer qualified from the University of Southampton with a first Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2008 (HCPC, CSP registered). Since then developing a wealth of physiotherapy experience and additional qualifications over the last 16 years.

Jennifer spent five years in the NHS before moving to the private sector in 2014.Jennifer has worked for several private companies in a Clinical lead role which involved overseeing and developing a team. She moved to the Winchester area a short while ago and secured a position as a Senior Physiotherapist with the Circle Health Group at Sarum Road Hospital, working with patients to help them recover after surgery, from sports and musculoskeletal injury and with patients experiencing women’s health problems.

Jennifer enjoys using a variety of approaches, drawing on her own experience in exercise therapy, Pilates, acupuncture, manual therapy, taping, shockwave therapy and massage.
Jennifer holds qualifications in acupuncture (AACP member), Pilates (APPI level 3), sports massage (level 3 diploma) and women's health (POGP). Jennifer is a mum of 2 boys and spends a lot of time doing various sporting activities with them, as well as being a keen runner, netballer and having a passion for teaching Pilates.
