He completed his medical and surgical degree at St Bartholomew’s Hospital and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry, followed by specialist training at some of the UK’s most prestigious teaching hospitals, including:
Dr Malik completed advanced specialist training in interventional pain techniques at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, solidifying his expertise in managing complex pain conditions with minimally invasive procedures.
As Course Director for a Royal College of Anaesthetists-accredited Regional Anaesthesia course and a faculty member for national and international training in ultrasound-guided pain interventions, Dr Malik is deeply committed to education. He also serves as Lead for Regional Anaesthesia at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospital, Chertsey, where he champions clinical innovation and excellence.
His research is regularly published in peer-reviewed journals, and he is an active member of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and the Faculty of Pain Medicine.
