Dr Mirza attended Maidstone Boys' Grammar School before studying medicine at Southampton University Medical School, where he obtained both a BM and a PhD. He also holds a BSc in Anatomy from Birmingham Medical School. Following qualification, he undertook Specialist Cardiology Registrar training at the renowned John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford before completing a Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology in Hamilton, New Zealand.
Throughout his career, Dr Mirza has developed significant expertise in both general and interventional cardiology. He currently serves as an Honorary Interventional Cardiologist at St Thomas' Hospital, London, alongside his private practice at Chaucer Hospital. His advanced training and broad clinical experience allow him to provide specialist care across the full spectrum of cardiovascular disease.
