About Dr Harry Tucker

Personal Profile

Dr Tucker is a Consultant Neurologist based in West Yorkshire. His full time NHS practice is based at the Bradford Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

He graduated from the University of Manchester in 2012 and completed his post graduate medical training within the Northwest region, gaining his membership to the Royal College of Physicians in 2015. He then trained in Neurology at Manchester Centre of Clinical Neurosciences and Lancashire Teaching Hospitals completing his training in February 2022.

Dr Tucker has a keen interest in all aspects on clinical Neurology with a particular interest in Parkinson's disease, movement disorders and neurodegenerative disease. He has a busy full time NHS practice with a wide-range caseload managing all types of neurological conditions.

He currently runs a regular Parkinson's disease and neurodegeneration clinic in his NHS practice and collaborates with allied health professionals to provide a high standard of care for his patients.

Dr Tucker keeps his clinical knowledge up to date frequently attending national and international conferences on neurological disorders. He is a keen educator of undergraduate and postgraduate students and passionate about training the next generation of Neurologists.

Away from professional life, Dr Tucker has a busy family life and when opportunity arises likes to keep himself fit running the local Yorkshire hills.
