Mr Guy Morris is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in bone and soft tissue cancer (sarcoma), metastatic bone cancer, and complex hip and knee replacement surgery, including both primary and revision procedures.

His main practice is based at Droitwich Spa Hospital, where he provides expert care for patients requiring specialist orthopaedic oncology and complex joint replacement treatment.

Mr Morris is also the Clinical Director for the Oncology Unit at the internationally renowned Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham, home to the largest bone sarcoma unit in Europe.

He completed an undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention before graduating in Medicine from the University of Leicester in 2007. He completed his higher surgical training within the West Midlands through the Birmingham Orthopaedic Training Programme and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in Trauma and Orthopaedics in 2017.

Following this, he undertook an advanced fellowship in orthopaedic oncology and arthroplasty at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, one of Australia’s leading sarcoma centres.

Mr Morris has published extensively in international medical journals in the fields of orthopaedic oncology and arthroplasty. He is an honorary clinical lecturer at University of Birmingham and regularly lectures nationally and internationally on bone cancer treatment and complex joint replacement surgery.

His specialist research interests include navigated tumour resection, 3D-printed surgical guides for tumour surgery, and chondrosarcoma treatment. In 2022, he convened the first UK Sarcoma Allograft Conference, highlighting his ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in orthopaedic care.
