Gillian has worked in the NHS and private sector for many years.

She has worked in busy out patient departments supporting patients within the Occupational Health setting.

She treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal patients and looks after patients pre and post operatively.

Gillian has recently expanded her practice and has undergone further training in Hand Therapy, supporting this service within the Harbour Hospital.

Gillian has a passion for Pilates and is an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) she is able to use this form of clinical Pilates when treating her patients. She can also offer 1.1 Pilates sessions.

Her main ethos is helping patients active their functional goals through active listening, truly understanding patients problems and using the principles of normal movement.
