Mr Gareth Howell is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in shoulder and elbow surgery, as well as having an interest in general trauma.

Mr Howell grew up in the Northwest, graduated from the University of Leeds and completed his Orthopaedic training back in the Northwest.  His fellowship training in shoulder surgery was at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.

He is a member of the British Elbow and Shoulder Society, and his clinical interests are the management of shoulder pathology, using both arthroscopic and open techniques.
