Meet Mr. Ud-Din, a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in primary and revision hip replacements, robotic hip, metastatic bone disease, and complex trauma. He began his medical journey in 2003, initially training in general and plastic surgery before focusing on orthopaedics. This diverse experience enriches his approach to patient care.
Having moved to the UK in 2010, Mr. Ud-Din completed his orthopaedic training in the Poole and Bournemouth area. He has achieved prestigious fellowships in hip and knee arthroplasty from the Royal College of Surgeons, England (2021), as well as a diploma in orthopaedic oncology from Oxford University.
In addition to these qualifications, he holds fellowships in hip arthroplasty, hip preservation, and revision hip replacement. Mr. Ud-Din commenced his role as a consultant at Oxford University Hospital in November 2021. He is passionate about educating the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons, regularly engaging with medical students from Buckingham and Warwick medical schools.
His dedication to research has led to numerous presentations at both national and international conferences. Mr. Ud-Din is committed to providing the highest quality care and solutions for various orthopaedic needs.
