Esme White is a highly skilled Consultant Urological Surgeon with extensive training in both open and endoscopic male and female urology. She has a particular interest in female, neurological, and urodynamic urology, making her a specialist in these areas.

She sees patients at Goring Hall Hospital from Worthing, Pulborough, Horsham and further afield for all general Urology concerns as well as female and urodynamic issues.

Esme's journey in medicine began at the University of Birmingham, where she graduated in 2012. Following her graduation, she pursued her surgical and urological training across South London, Surrey, and Sussex. Her dedication to her field led her to undertake an 18-month fellowship in Auckland, New Zealand, from 2020 to 2021. During this fellowship, she honed her skills in core general urology and developed advanced expertise in female and functional urology.

In 2023, Esme was appointed as a Consultant Urologist at Worthing and St Richard’s Hospitals. She also practices at Goring Hall Hospital, where she focuses on the care of patients with bladder pain syndrome, recurrent urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence, and bladder dysfunction. 

Esme is committed to supporting her patients throughout their treatment journey, with a strong emphasis on improving their quality of life.

Esme is actively involved in education and currently serves as an Educational Supervisor at Worthing and St Richard’s Hospitals. She is passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of urologists, ensuring they receive the best possible training and guidance.

Outside of her professional life, Esme is married to Neil, who is the Head of PE at a local school. They have a young daughter and enjoy spending time together as a family. Esme has a particular passion for outdoor activities, including open water swimming, surfing, and skiing. These hobbies allow her to maintain a healthy work-life balance and stay energized for her demanding career.
