Dr Emma Williams is a General Practitioner and certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, currently providing private health assessments at The Harbour Hospital in Poole.

She graduated with distinction from The Royal Free and University College London Medical School in 2006 and has over 15 years of experience working in both NHS and private healthcare settings. Her clinical background includes general practice, health screening, and preventative medicine.

Dr Williams has a particular interest in lifestyle and wellbeing. She is certified by the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM), reflecting her expertise in using evidence-based lifestyle interventions to support long-term health. She also holds a Diploma from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (DFSRH), supporting her knowledge in women’s health and contraception.

Bringing a warm and holistic approach to her consultations, Dr Williams combines clinical expertise with a genuine interest in helping patients improve their overall wellbeing. Outside of medicine, Dr Williams is passionate about physical activity and community health. She has completed several endurance events including the London Marathon, Ride London, Swim Serpentine, and Mallorca 167, raising funds for charities such as PLANETS, AMEND, Young Epilepsy, MND, and Pancreatic Cancer UK. She is proud to hold the London Classics Medal.
