About Eamon Ramhamadany

Personal Profile

Mr Ramhamadany is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon with a subspecialist interest in foot and ankle surgery. He provides specialist care in the assessment and management of a wide range of orthopaedic and trauma-related conditions affecting the foot and ankle.

He graduated from Imperial College Medical School, London, and completed his higher surgical training in the West Midlands. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (Trauma & Orthopaedics) in 2019 (FRCS Tr & Orth).

He undertook two highly competitive and prestigious UK-based Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowships, gaining advanced subspecialist training across the full breadth and complexity of foot and ankle surgery. He subsequently took up his current Consultant post in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery at Northampton General Hospital.

He has a strong interest in education and is the Orthopaedic Departmental Lead for Education. He is committed to training the next generation of doctors and surgeons and has completed a degree in medical education during his training.

Mr Ramhamadany adopts an evidence-based approach to patient care, ensuring that both surgical and non-surgical management options are carefully considered. He works closely within a multidisciplinary team, including podiatrists, orthotists, and physiotherapists, to develop individualised and patient-specific treatment plans.

He is committed to delivering patient-centred care and places strong emphasis on communication, shared decision-making, and ensuring patients feel fully informed, supported, and confident throughout their treatment journey. He is highly regarded for his professional approach and excellent rapport with both patients and colleagues.
